WatersToday welcomes community and parent-owned businesses to join our sponsorship program and support our one-of-a-kind Chicago neighborhood school. Sponsor donations help make many of the programs and services offered at Waters possible.

We offer several sponsorship opportunities so you may choose what works best for you or your business. Contributions to WatersToday, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. To learn more or become a sponsor, please contact us at sponsor@waterstoday.org.

Sponsorship Levels

BRONZE | $250 - $499

• Business name and website link listed on WatersToday.org sponsor page
• Business name recognition in two WatersToday News posts announcing sponsors (two per year); posts are displayed on school website news feed, included in Green Notes weekly email distributed to 800+ Waters community members, and shared to WatersToday Facebook page

SILVER | $500 - $999
Sponsors receive all bronze level benefits, and:

• One 150-word WatersToday News post* focusing on your business
• Business name recognition on sponsor banners displayed on school grounds
• Ability to staff a table at WatersToday-sponsored school event

GOLD | $1,000 - $1,999
Sponsors receive all silver level benefits, and:

• One flyer* focusing on your business distributed in school folders to all Waters students (630+)
• Logo with link displayed on WatersToday.org sponsor page
• Logo recognition on sponsor banners displayed on school grounds
• Logo recognition for Waters’ Big Night, our fundraising gala, displayed on event signage and auction website

PLATINUM | $2,000 - $4,999
Sponsors receive all gold level benefits, and:

• Two tickets to Waters’ Big Night ($150 value)
• Sponsor logo recognition at one additional WatersToday event (total of two recognition opportunities per year)
• One additional 150-word WatersToday News post* (total of two posts per year)

DIAMOND | $5,000+
Sponsors receive all platinum level benefits, and:

• One signature cocktail named for your business at Waters’ Big Night
• Two additional tickets to Waters’ Big Night (total of four tickets; $300 value)
• One additional flyer* in school folders (total of two per year)
• Top sponsor logo recognition for all WatersToday events

Looking for more ways to give back?

• Host a give-back event! Monetary donations from independent fundraisers, portion of sales, or other give-back efforts will be recognized at the sponsorship level as outlined above.
• Donations of goods and/or services also are welcome! In-kind donations are recognized at a sponsorship level that is half the contribution value. (e.g. A donation valued at $500 would receive bronze level sponsor benefits.)

*Sponsor is responsible for designing and producing flyer and/or providing copy for news post. Flyer distribution and news post will be scheduled in advance by WatersToday. All copy and/or materials submitted are subject to review and approval by WatersToday.
