The Circle of Help is a community aid organization that assists Waters Elementary School families who need support. This program aims to help alleviate the stress of financial hardship on students and their family members, so that students can focus on their education. We offer immediate assistance with items and services such as:
  • Emergency food, clothing, diapers, and household items
  • Lice treatment kits
  • School supplies
  • Literacy and academic enrichment
  • Scholarships for camps and after-school programs
  • Any additional items identified by teachers or school administrators
If your family is in need or you become aware of a student in need, please let a staff member know, or contact us at  circleofhelpwaters@gmail.com. If you would like to get involved with Circle of Help, please email us.

How Does It Work?
  • Teachers, school administrators, or other school officials contact The Circle of Help when they are made aware of a family’s immediate need or crisis. Family names are kept confidential.
  • The administrators of The Circle of Help put out a call for items or donations via the Circle of Help – Waters Elementary Facebook group or word of mouth.
  • Members of The Circle of Help secure the help or items necessary for the family via existing donations, their own contributions, or by purchasing items with Circle of Help funds.
  • The items or services are delivered to the family in a confidential and urgent manner.
How Can You Help?
  • Volunteer to donate, buy, or deliver items to families in need.
  • Create a buzz! Tell fellow parents and community members about The Circle of Help.
  • Donate to WatersToday*, which helps financially support the efforts of The Circle of Help.

If you would like to join The Circle of Help, join our Facebook group. If you have questions, would like to volunteer, or are in need, please email us at circleofhelpwaters@gmail.com.
