Back to School Celebration
School Supply Drive
Thanks to generous donors and the Circle of Help, nearly forty Waters students in need have all of their school supplies ready to go! We know this year the need in our community and others is greater than ever. WatersToday will be collecting extra school supplies at the Back to School Fair and on the first day of school. If you have an extra box of crayons, a few notebooks, or anything else from a Waters supply list, bring it by the WatersToday table and we will build a bank of school supplies for teachers to help students in their classes who may need additional items.
WatersToday needs YOU!
WatersToday, the parent-led fundraising and community organization is looking for volunteers to get involved in our fundraising efforts this year! For more information, please contact Jennifer Davidson.
Community & Events Co-Chair
This WatersToday board position is integral in planning our events calendar and works alongside other board members, volunteers and the administration. Board meetings take place once a month. Meet new parents and help raise money for our school!
Our committee chairs are looking for team members to pass the baton (get it?!) for 2022 and beyond. This year, you will work alongside the chairs and volunteer for the event (October)
Typically the first week of December, the Maker Fair is a neighborhood shopping event with small business vendors, the famous cake walk and more! We are looking for a group of people who would like to make this event their own! If you are interested in chairing this event, we would love to have you!
We can't wait to see you this Friday, August 27th from 4-6pm for the Back to School Bash! Pre-order food from Soul and Smoke to nosh on while you catch up with old friends and meet some new ones!
Best Wishes on Your Return to School from City Kids Dental!
